General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download or activation process has started.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product.

  • The product has a technical issue that prevents its use, and support is unable to resolve the problem within 14 days.

  • The product description was misleading or inaccurate compared to the delivered software.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after the purchase.

  • The product is incompatible with your system if the system requirements were provided before purchase.

  • You failed to review the product details before purchasing.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at sales@prodsaintmike.com within 14 days of purchase, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue. If it's a technical issue we'll try our best to help you fix it, before we issue a refund.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

Under EU consumer law, digital products are generally non-refundable once download or access has begun. By purchasing this product, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided.
